- Website URL and relevant project source
- Target device, symptoms and available browser tools

## Prerequisites
- Browser performance tooling such as Chrome DevTools MCP for trace measurements.
- Source access is needed for implementation changes; field data requires a separate data source.

## Expected outputs
- Measured findings and prioritized fixes
- Trace, network or source evidence with limitations
