## TypeScript Governance
1. The type "any" is strictly prohibited. If a type is uncertain, use unknown and narrow it via type guards or Zod schemas.
2. Exported functions must declare explicit return types.
3. Every component must be placed in its own dedicated file under 200 lines of code.
4. Server functions must never import browser-only dependencies.
